Well kiddies, it seems as though we have been down this road before but tonight is the last episode of Futurama... again. What is the fate of the show this time around? Not too sure but with three direct to disc movies (a total of nine half hour episodes), resurrected on Comedy Central for two additional seasons it is difficult to say what the future does hold (except for robots, lobster doctor's, one eyed mutants, and a new society built upon the ruins of the old - welcome to the world of tomorrow!!!!
Tonight's episode on Comedy Central at 10:00pm pacific standard time is entitled Meanwhile. Below is the description from the Comedy Central website:

It is a fitting story for the end of the show as fans will be in a hibernation of their own as we await the fate of the show once again. If it does come back can it maintain any semblance of the same quality it has kept up for going on 13 years now. The Simpsons certainly has but has ebbed and flowed but at least at has run continuously for the past twenty years plus. Where does that leave us fans of the show? Well, there is always the comics and in the short term a few merchandising items still available out there.
